Michael berton

Michael Berton was born and raised in Orange County, California. At the age of 19, while attending Orange Coast College, he began working the doors and bartending at local clubs. Before long, he became general manager of The Hop, a well-known SoCal nightspot, owned by Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield of the pop vocal group, The Righteous Brothers. During that time, he gained important insights into the workings of the music business, successfully handling the many national and regional acts that performed there.
Michael found that he enjoyed and excelled in that aspect of the entertainment trade and subsequently began his career as a talent specialist at L.A.'s respected Harmony Artists. For over nine years, Michael was one the agency's top associates, booking events and venues not only in the Los Angeles area, but, all over the world.
In 2005, Michael launched West Coast Talent Agency, so named because of his love for the Southern California lifestyle, music and rich entertainment heritage. Since then, the company has grown into a major talent buyer and provider for fairs, festivals, casinos and concert events throughout the country, with one of the largest rosters of entertainers on the West Coast.

Expanding WCT’s presence to “the entertainment capital of the world”, Michael splits his time these days between Las Vegas and The OC, squeezing in jaunts to Hawaii whenever possible.
